Culinary Food keeps body and soul together! After a leisurly stroll of approximately 25 minutes lies the reconstructed, historical village green Altkötzschenbroda. Here you will find countless nice restaurants and bars in beautiful architecture in close proximity. Each taste is catered for; If you're looking for a fine sunday-brunch or traditional Saxon food - you just have to choose. Villa Zucca - Villa Pumpkin - our favorite: Pumpkinsoup á la Villa Zucca 1 Kilo edible pumpkin 3 spoons butter 750 ml vegetable stock 3 spoons lemon juice 100 ml - 200 ml cream Salt with herbs Curry fresh ginger, peeled and diced Muscat chopped, fat free, roasted pumpkin pips Peel and scoop out the pumpkin, chop it in small pieces. Lightly sautée the pumpkin in butter, cook it in the vegetable stock until tender then mash. Season to taste with lemon juice, cream, curry, ginger and muscat. Fill the soup in bowls and garnish with the pumpkin pips. Enjoy your meal!
